About me

James Ferguson is a Graphic Designer Illustrator & Storyboard Artist with a degree in Graphic Design: Illustration. He attends the Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Arts. James has a mild red-green color blindness and Noonan syndrome which has given him learning disability but even with that he has not let him not achieve what he loves. He’s 24 years old with 10 years of experience in drawing and a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. James’ love of comics started after rewatching his favorite dc shows and then rereading his childhood comics, Star Wars Clone Wars Adventures he wanted to get into comics and thus went to the Kubert School.

He mostly uses traditional pencils and inks as well as using digital applications. James uses mostly Clip Studio Paint for his digital pencils and inks and Photoshop for his colors and renders.  He looks to Dan Mora C for inspiration on his ink on the occasion after reading Boom! Studios Power Rangers Series. For his style he looks to Bruce Tim’s art style for some inspiration as well as the Garfield comics.
